Amskor Law's founding partner specializes in corporate & commercial law
​With Vida taking the lead, our law practice is able to service a wide variety of legal domestic and international corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, private equity transactions, corporate finance, private company mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, project development, and other projects – representing individual, corporate and institutional clients.

Prior to establishing Amskor Law, Vida was an associate at a reputable boutique corporate-commercial law firm located in Toronto, where her practice focused on providing top legal advice to businesses across Canada. While there, Vida devoted substantial time developing her expertise in the growth of corporations and partnerships - making sure her clients reached their full potential while removing any legal hassles throughout their journey. She also completed her articles with a prominent criminal litigator and spent 11 months litigating in front of provincial judges, justices of the peace, and crown attorneys, in courtrooms across Ontario, Canada.

Vida received her Juris Doctorate in 2018 from the University of Windsor. She is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a barrister and solicitor within the regulatory body. Vida is also an active member of the Law Society of Ontario, Toronto Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.

Prior to law school, Vida earned her B.A. (Hons) from the University of Toronto in Journalism and Sociology.
