Obtaining Business Identification Number (BIN)

Registration of additional Master Business Licenses in any province across Canada

Rollover of assets from a sole proprietor to the new corporation
For Professional Corporations:
- Draft and file Articles of Incorporation, in accordance with your professions' regulatory body bylaws
- Submission of required information to professions' regulatory body (as required)
